By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms at all times.

About the Service

ForgetMeNots is a web-based digital greeting card platform for events. Event hosts purchase a package, create an event, and share a unique QR code with their guests. Guests may use that QR code to access the event page and submit a digital greeting card — which may include a message, a photo, or a video — directly to the host. Hosts can view all submitted cards through their private dashboard.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site — including but not limited to text, logos, images, card template designs, documents, and downloadable files — is the property of Forget Me Nots, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content from this Site is prohibited.

Content submitted by guests (photos, videos, and messages) remains the property of the submitting user. By submitting content through this Site, you grant Forget Me Nots, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering it to the event host.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not assume legal responsibility for false statements about age.

Acceptable Use

By using this Site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of any other person;
• Violate any intellectual property rights belonging to Forget Me Nots, LLC or any third party;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network associated with this Site;
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you are using it in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Guest Submissions

Guests who access an event page via a QR code may submit the following types of content:

• Written messages;
• Photos; and
• Videos.

Submitted content is delivered directly to the event host and is not publicly displayed on the Site. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
• All personal information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful; and
• You will promptly update your account information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be using the Site illegally or in violation of these Terms.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If you submit your email address through our newsletter signup form, you agree to receive periodic email communications from us regarding platform updates and event inspiration. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at admin@forgetmenots.site.

Event Packages and Purchases

To create an event on our Site, hosts must purchase an event package. The following applies to all purchases made through the Site:

• All package descriptions and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice;
• Purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe;
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method; and
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payments

We accept payment by credit card and debit card, processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. If we determine that a payment violates any applicable law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Third-Party Links

Event hosts may add links to third-party payment platforms such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay on their event pages. We do not own, operate, or control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of any third-party platform is at your own risk and subject to that platform's terms and conditions.

Our Site may also contain links to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forget Me Nots, LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its services.

Indemnification

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forget Me Nots, LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
